Our goal is for the youth and families alike to recover, reunite and work on transitioning the youth back into their homes and communities. Average length of stay is between 12-18 months.

Homes are provided for teen parents with children, foster care, and S.T.A.R.T. with Hope. Residences are located in Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
