Assists in finding proper avenues for health education and housing. Peer to peer group meetings to encourage outreach and advocacy. Offers dog training for veterans with PTSD.

The program matches caring volunteers from the community with clients and encourages them to develop a one-to-one relationship based on friendship and support. Compeer staff make weekly contacts with their match using text, phone, email, etc. 2-3 hours of face-to-face contact in a month in which they do some sort of activity and weekly check-in phone calls.

Offers fully integrated mental health and substance use disorder treatment and services for children, adolescents, and adults. Services include:

• Counseling and medication treatment services for a variety of mental health and substance use disorders
• Psychiatric evaluations
• Substance use disorder medication assisted treatment
• Health care screening and monitoring to promote overall health
• Skills building, education assistance, and vocational services
• Targeted case management and peer services

Offers individuals the chance to speak with other breast cancer survivors. Also provides resources and support for caregivers, families and spouses of women with breast cancer.

Provides Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) and Community Oriented Recovery and Empowerment (CORE) Services for adults. These services are for adults, for Health and Recovery Plan (HARP) eligible enrollees who are Medicaid beneficiaries with behavioral health needs within New York State’s Behavioral Health System. These individuals are diagnosed with a serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
