Provides quality job training and employment services leading to gainful employment and livable wages for unemployed or underemployed farmworkers. Farmworkers enrolled in the program also benefit from the following services:

• Emergency Assistance and Funds
• Referral Assistance
• Food Pantry and Nutrition Services
• Emergency Housing and Utility Assistance
• Emergency Transportation
• English as a Second Language
• Books and Supplies for Education
• Clothing and Tools for Employment

Provides employment and transitional support services to guide and support refugees and immigrants toward economic self-sufficiency, and also to teach skills and foster the ability to be independent. Services include but are not limited to:

• Assistance with job searching
• Direct job placements when available
• Job readiness
• Transportation planning
• Overcoming cultural and linguistic barriers to employment

Provides pre-employment, employment placement, and post-placement services. Services include World of Work orientation, weekly job club, contextualized English Classes with industry-specific training, one-on-one remote ESL classes, resume preparation, interview skills training, job placement, follow-up, and advocacy. Also links clients to jobs and provides post-employment advocacy with ongoing services once a client is placed.

Offers additional case management services focused on employment and assists refugees to help them obtain gainful employment in their communities. Employment services include an introductory instruction about the American workplace, job searching, and assistance with completing job applications and interviews.
