Dental hygiene clinic serving the public. Appointments are provided by dental hygiene students and supervised by faculty; sessions are approximately 3 hours in length to accommodate teaching. One or more appointments may be required and will include a combination of services. Treatment is provided based on the individual needs of the patient and will be determined during the initial exam. Free available services include:

• Dental cleaning (prophylaxis)
• Advanced deep scaling and root planing
• Dental x-rays
• Intra/extra-oral exam cancer screening
• Nutritional and tobacco cessation counseling
• Home care instructions of gums and teeth
• Polishing to remove stains
• Fluoride treatments (various)
• Sealants
• Recommendations and referrals for outside follow up care
• Anesthetic is available for sensitive patients

Provides comprehensive dental care for all ages. Services include:

• Preventive care (exams, cleanings, fluoride treatment, X-rays)
• Emergency care (extractions)
• Restorations (fillings, pins, bridges, crowns)
• Removable prosthetics (dentures, mouth guards, trays)
• Endodontic treatment (pulpectomies, root canals)

Coordinates with Adirondack's Medical Center Mobile Dental Unit to provide an initial dental exam to infants within 6 months of getting their first teeth or by their first birthday.

Provides essential medical and emergency dental services. Medical services include both general and employment-related physical examinations, while dental services include dental hygiene, extractions, fillings, and X-Rays. We do not do crowns, partials, dentures, or braces.
