Only provides advocacy for NYSEG customers. Central Hudson customers must meet all of the eligibility criteria in order to receive financial assistance. Clients encouraged to call to receive information related to if funds are exhausted. Funds are distributed on case by case situation depending on funding and other eligibility criteria.
