Our Clinic is a NYS Office of Mental Health licensed Article 31 Outpatient Clinic Treatment Program for individuals ages 10 and up. Currently, our clinic can provide services directly in English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, and American Sign Language. Clinical services may be available in other languages using a translation service as well. Services Provided: • 1-on-1 Psychotherapy • Medication Management with our Psychiatrist / Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner • Peer Support by our Family Peer Advocates & Adult Peer Specialists • Tailored Skill-Focused Group

Licensed by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) and accredited by the Joint Commission, provides comprehensive substance abuse treatment services to adults and youth 13 and older. We offer a full continuum of outpatient services, including comprehensive assessment and referral; psychiatric consultation and medication management; evidence-based interventions; individual, group, marital and family therapies; medication-assisted treatment (MAT); trauma-informed care; gender-specific treatment; and other supportive services. Specialized services are available to those with co-occurring mental health disorders, as well as those with DWIs and other mandated service recipients, and are also available in Spanish. Full service pharmacy serving all eight counties of Western New York. Provides the following services:

• Free home delivery
• Pre-sorted and packaged pill packs for people with multiple prescriptions
• Specialty in HIV prevention and treatment drugs, including PrEP and chronic illness medications
• Free pharmacist consultations
• Access to 24/7 emergency pharmacist
• Free screenings for allergies or drug interactions

Includes instruction in talk therapy, relaxation techniques and other mechanisms for coping with stress as well as medication management.

Provides information on 200+ approved drugs including general risk information and past alerts issued about the drug.

Relief from symptoms, pain and stress of serious illness, regardless of diagnosis, for individuals and their families:with chronic and advanced illness, such as cancer, stroke, cardiac disease or Alzheimer's, and needing extra coaching and carereceiving treatment, such as radiation, chemotherapy or dialysis, for serious medical conditionfacing increasingly difficult day-to-day life because of serious illness

Long term evidence based individual and group psychotherapy and medication management services.

Offers outpatient and inpatient mental health services. Provides individual, family, small group therapy, medication management, crisis counseling, same-day appointments, intake, linkage, and referral services. Inpatient services available for adolescents and adults with mental health issues. Offers outpatient chemical dependency programs. Provides group, individual, and family counseling. MICA (Mentally Ill Chemical Abusers) program, linkage and referral service, EAP liaison, intervention program, and DMV evaluations. Also offers diabetes education to help those with diabetes live a healthy lifestyle.

Provides assessment and training which is individually designed based on the needs and abilities of adults with developmental or acquired disabilities to live as independently as possible in the community. Training and development may include medication management, task completion, communication and interpersonal skills, socialization, sensory/motor skills, mobility, community transportation, problem-solving skills, and money management.

Provides assistance to Child Care Providers by helping them develop their Health Care Plans that describe how they will meet the requirements and standards set by New York State with regards to health policies and medication. After preparation of the Health Care Plan, a site visit is made to ensure compliance with the plan and to verify administration in their program. Health Services is presently made up of two Registered Nurses (RNs) who are Health Care Consultants. Both are trained as Medication Administration Training (MAT) instructors and provide the 8 hour required program at Child Care Council of Nassau.The department actively develops, prepares and presents educational programs for child care providers, both at the Child Care Council of Nassau and at individual programs. The Health Care Consultants field many technical assistance phone calls and act as a source of information and guidance in caring for the health needs of all children in child care. MAT courses offered.

Provides intensive peer support, assist in providing alternatives to hospitalization or incarceration, assistance accessing treatment; inpatient / outpatient medication assistance treatment, promote gainful employment, provide group activities and outreach, maximizing existing resources, provide volunteer opportunities.

Our team offers mental health counseling, medication assessment, and medication prescribing for adult and pediatric clients; efforts are made for care to be targeted and brief.
