Loans can be issued to equip a vehicle, but cannot be used to purchase any vehicle, accessible or not. Money is loaned either directly to the disabled person or to another person responsible for the individual. Loan amounts can range from $500-$4,000. Repayment period is 2-8 years depending upon the loan amount, at the discretion of the borrower.
