WCHC Yonkers offers the same lab services through Labcorp for patients only, with walk-ins’ welcome. WCHC Mount Vernon offers patients access to a convenient on-site pharmacy with discounts of up to 70% through the 340B program. The pharmacy provides prescription and over-the-counter medications, etc. We offer X-ray and ultrasound services at select locations to help diagnose conditions like bone fractures, lung diseases, arthritis, and more. Our ultrasound services include abdominal, obstetric, gynecologic, breast, thyroid, and testicular studies.

Serves all populations with special focus on the medically under-insured, uninsured, and those experiencing homelessness. Also provides onsite lab, ultrasound, STD testing, COVID-19 testing and vaccines, health education/groups, blood pressure screening, and free walk-in pregnancy testing. Provides transportation assistance to help clients get to appointments and referral assistance. Participates in 340B drug discount program and has onsite enrollers for the New York State of Health insurance marketplace. Hospital affiliations: Sisters Hospital and the John R. Plans and implements wellness health screens and educational programs for health professionals and the community. These programs and services are offered in response to community need. All health screen participants receive follow-up and assistance with referral, if needed. Screenings and programs include a tobacco-free program, blood pressure screenings, free diabetes screenings, and disease management programs.
