Early intervention services are designed to address the needs of the child and family using a collaborative team approach. UPC Suffolk's Children's Residential Program provides both educational and residential placement using a collaborative team approach.

A decision-making committee to determine eligibility and the appropriate level of services for preschool children aged 3-5. The CPSE is a multidisciplinary team established to conduct meetings to develop, review, or revise the Individual Education Program (IEP) of a student with a disability. The parent or legal guardian is included as a member of the committee.

Provides a full-day Preschool Program for children 3-5 years old. Children are taught in a safe and supportive environment geared toward fostering independence. Curriculum includes fine and gross motor activities, storytelling, art, yoga and structured play and socialization. Students also receive adaptive physical education and music class. Special events offered are carnivals, concerts and petting zoos.
