- Project C.O.A.C.H., which provides telephone counseling, referral, outreach, and intervention/prevention for individuals and families
- Domestic Violence and Victim Assistance Program, which provides services to people of all abilities who are victims of any crime, specializing in people with disabilities who have experienced domestic violence

Loan programs and Cottage Industry Assistance Program target low to moderate income existing and prospective individuals.
Chautauqua Microenterprise Loan Fund and the Women and Minority Microenterprise Loan Fund Programs help small businesses by providing small business start up and expansion loans.
The small business incubator offers small businesses an opportunity to grow and stabilize with subsidies around rent, business services, and technical assistance.
Program site serves as a Warming Center during times of excessive cold and as a Cooling Center during times of excessive heat. Always call ahead to make sure a Warming/Cooling Center is open before going there.
