PARENT - PEER OUTREACH PROGRAM | ACDS INC.

Provides services at hospital to parents of newly diagnosed infants with Down Syndrome. Offers resources and new baby packets to families, hospital social workers, and neonatal nurses. Trained parent/peer counselors and social workers make hospital and/or home visits. Counseling and Support Groups are available to parents, grandparents and siblings. Call for additional information.
