CENTER FOR TRANSFORMATIVE CHANGE | INTERFAITH NUTRITION NETWORK

Serves as a resource center to assist individuals using the Mary Brennan soup kitchen in obtaining resources such as government benefits (SNAP, HEAP, SSI, SSD), housing/shelter placements (contacts DSS for emergency housing and help in securing affordable housing), ID documents (birth certificates, driver and non-driver licenses, Social Security cards), Veterans Assistance, Health Insurance enrollment, Health Care, Mental Health, furniture, and Notary services. Other services include a computer lab, ESL classes, employment services, and money management.
