Provides volunteer attorney referrals and legal assistance to low-income Suffolk County residents who are determines eligible for the program. Attorney representation is based on the availability of volunteer attorneys. The project is currently accepting applicants seeking legal assistance in the following areas: Bankruptcy (Chapter 7 only), uncontested divorce, 17A Guardianship, and advanced directives.
