Eligibility

Nassau and Suffolk county residents living with and/or affected by HIV/AIDS.

Required documents

Must provide proof of status (HIV positive), proof of income (pay stub, SSI or SSD reward letter, or unemployment) and proof of identity (driver's license or an official photo ID that includes current address)

Helps Nassau-Suffolk residents living with and/or affected by HIV/AIDS, who are on the verge of falling behind, those who might otherwise fall through the cracks of traditional social support services. Services are totally dependent upon private donations and are not always available. Requests that may come in are transportation vouchers, appliances, winter coats, clothing vouchers, Holiday gifts, personal care items. Please call for availability.
