Offers a workshop, Talleres de Liderazgo, a free five-week course, taught in Spanish only, on leadership and basic legal rights training. Topics include domestic violence, access to medical care and education, and legal rights as workers, parents and spouses. This training was created to unite the community through popular education and other organizing techniques to build self-esteem and foster leadership in the communities in which Latino immigrants are active, inform participants on local efforts to improve their quality of life, and assure the protection of human rights.
