Call or visit the Nutrition Site nearest your home to apply for Home Delivered Meals, A Nutrition Program Manager will make an appointment to do an assessment.
Fees
A 2$ voluntary and anonymous contribution is suggested
Offers three congregate dining sites to residents over 60. Nutritious meals are prepared by a registered dietician according to Health Department Meal Service Standards. Our three nutrition centers also provide residents with the opportunity to socialize and participate in a variety of activities, including: dancing, exercise, games, movies, and trips.
