Provides a program designed for high school students that helps foster character, personal growth and leadership skills, as well as encourage community service. Activities include guidance center, computer lab academic assistance, Liberty Keystone Club Leadership Program, Junior Keystone Leadership Program, College Quest, Workforce Development, Money Matters, Smart Girls, Passport to Manhood, Friday night events and more.
