Children's Rehabiltiation Center | ELIZABETH SETON CHILDREN'S FOUNDATION

The Children’s Rehabilitation Center is an outpatient pediatric diagnostic and treatment center that provides comprehensive medical and rehabilitative services to children aged 21-years-old with complex physical and developmental disabilities throughout Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Dutchess and Orange Counties and the Bronx. The Children’s Rehabilitation Center is located on the same site as the White Plains campus of the John A. Coleman School. Services include physical, occupational, speech and language pathology, aquatic and feeding therapies. Medical specialties include, but are not limited to orthopedics, physiatry, ophthalmology, neurology, neonatology, pediatrics and audiology. In addition, brace, orthotic and adaptive equipment clinics, psychological and social work services, and Care at Home case management services are provided.
