Eligibility
- Must complete a Housing Credit Application and fall within HUD's income guidelines to be accepted for placement.
- Must be able to ambulate 200 ft., with or without assistive devices.
- Must be continent of bladder and bowel OR can manage incontinence independently.
- Must be able to inject own insulin unless injection equivalency is in place.
- Must dress and bathe independently or with minimal assistance.
- Must be able to eat independently, although assistance is available with cutting food, opening containers, etc.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Other eligibility requirements may apply.

Accepts insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and private pay if income is below $24,240.
Assisted living facility that provides 24 hour supervision, case management, meals, personal care, housekeeping, laundry, activities, transportation service, and assistance with medication requirements.
STEL also has an adult home in Fredonia under the auspices of the Department of Health.
