HALI's scattered-site Supportive Housing programs offer individuals with mental health issues safe independent housing in their preferred communities. Individuals are referred by the Nassau and Suffolk County Single Point of Access (SPA) to current vacancies. Tenants in the Housing Program receive rental assistance, and personalized support from Housing Advocates.
