Volunteer Wellness Coaching Program | VOLUNTEER COUNSELING SERVICES (VCS)

VCS Coaches help their clients to become aware of and improve their habits, understand and learn from their emotions, and take active, empowered steps that lead to change. Coaches are trained over the course of 12 sessions, created and presented by VCS staff.
