PACK IT UP FOR KIDS | LONG ISLAND CARES INC THE HARRY CHAPIN FOOD BANK

Provides weekend meal packages (6 meals and 2 snacks) to children currently receiving free and/or reduced breakfast and lunch at school and who have limited access to nutritious meals during the weekends. Pack It Up For Kids works directly with school districts to identify and discretely distributes food packages to students.
