Project MOVER brings affordable and clean micro mobility to Rivertown communities and has several goals: Provide access to e-bikes for everyone in the Village of Ossining and adjacent Rivertown communities, with a focus on underserved populations Reduce traffic and transportation costs Put more jobs, social activities, and groceries in reach of people without a car Complement ongoing and planned downtown revitalization and bike facility expansion efforts to enhance each community and improve regional connections Offer more sustainable mobility options.
