Provides financial assistance in the form of no-interest loans or grants to prevent loss of housing, upon qualification for individuals or families in an emergency situation. Services also include negotiating with landlords, and information and referrals to other agencies to help with re-location and other housing needs. Also offers budget counseling to help families become more self-reliant.
