Mobile teams that serve individuals diagnosed with severe mental illness whose needs have not been met by traditional approaches, and who have a history in the criminal justice system. Supports individuals through substance abuse issues, medication and treatment compliance challenges, those under AOT, individuals lacking support networks, those with histories of homelessness, and those with educational or vocational needs.
