PARTIAL HOSPITALIZATION PROGRAMS | ZUCKER HILLSIDE HOSPITAL - NORTHWELL HEALTH

Offers programs that are structured, clinically intensive outpatient programs that provide a full range of services, including evidenced-based groups, individual sessions, medication management, occupational therapy, case management and family work for individuals with a wide variety of mental health conditions. Our programs, which serve adult and geriatric populations, are intended to help those experiencing subacute symptoms avoid inpatient hospitalization. Patients attend the program five days a week, five to six hours a day for up to six weeks. Call for more detailed information.
