18 years of age or older, Struggling with a substance use disorder, at risk for a relapse, or someone in your life is struggling with a substance use disorder and it is affecting you.

Our Programs accept Medicaid, Medicaid managed Care, Medicare, and most third party commercial insurance, as well as offer a sliding scale fee.

Our Hampton Bays Outpatient Program utilizes a person-centered approach to help individuals develop their own goals toward recovery. Srvice delivery includes comprehensive assessments, individual counseling, group counseling,DWI assessments and treatment, nursing assessments, peer services, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and medication- assisted treatment. The program also provides a track of treatment for family members, friends, and significant other who are directly affected by the addiction of their loved ones. All of these services are also provided in Spanish.
