HUD certified Counseling & Education program to guide First-Time Homebuyers through the homebuyer process with the goal to overcome barriers to homeowners, and to guide participants through their journey of becoming successful homeowners. Services include budget/credit counseling for First time homebuyers, Fast Track Counseling for those who have already applied for a mortgage or are in contracts to purchase & Landlord Training for those who are purchasing a multi-unit property.
