Project Alliance is to help people manage behavioral health issues in the community.
Mobile Crisis Response Teams would be a direct resource for direct 911 calls for a behavioral health crisis to local law enforcement and expand the resources to best meet the needs of such calls. Access the MCRT will be through local Police Departments by dialing 911.
