Venture Together offers many options for people who want to work, volunteer, learn new skills, or gain valuable experiences in the community. Venture Works, our supportive employment program, has one goal: to find the right job for each person who desires gainful paid employment on the path towards independence. Staff and job coaches work with individuals to create personalized plans, providing the training and support which results in a worker who is skilled, happy, and proud of their job.
