Eligibility

Emergency responders, recovery and cleanup workers and volunteers who helped after the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001 at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and the passenger-jet crash site near Shanksville, PA. Also residents, students and people who worked in New York City disaster area on 9/11 and for a time afterwards, and visitors who were there on 9/11. Must provide copies of documents that show you were present and/or worked at the World Trade Center site(s). Check website for examples of documents useful for your application.
