COMMUNITY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH COLLABORATIVE - CBHC | FAMILY SERVICE LEAGUE

Works with East End communities to raise awareness and sensitivity about mental illness, create linkages for assistance, provide education, and strengthen family support. CBHC will host educational workshops for professionals, lay people and children on issues impacting emotional well-being in children including suicide prevention. Social workers provide referrals and information to east end families struggling to reach their goals. Chat and Chill groups are held in Montauk and Bridgehampton for east end young adults (ages 18-30) affected by suicide.
