HOUSING ASSISTANCE | SUFFOLK INDEPENDENT LIVING ORGANIZATION (SILO)

For individuals with disabilities are provided an opportunity to define their own needs and learn to advocate for themselves in securing and maintaining suitable housing that will allow them to live as independently as possible. Programs include the Rapid Transition Housing Program (RTHP) and Olmstead Housing Subsidy (OHS). *Please note, neither program is emergency housing and the process is not immediate.*
