Dependent/neglected males or females (ages 12-20 at intake) PINS/JD. Able to attend/function in a community school or work program. Referred by Nassau and Suffolk County Departments of Social Services, Family Courts and Probation Departments.

Provides group homes for adolescents who are unable to live at home. Teaches residents social behaviors and skills to assist them in living independently. Homes are provided for teen parents with children, foster care, and S.T.A.R.T. with Hope. Residences are located in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. All programs include: case management, behavioral health services, physical health services, creative arts and animal assisted therapies, recreation services, educational evaluations, and an on-campus school. Bridges to the Future (Fair Futures Youth Development Services for PP and FC Group Homes), Parents & Youth Advocacy (Youth Group Homes), and Aftercare Support Services (Youth Group Homes).
