RAD! program is designed to help children with challenging histories connect with families. The RAD! (Relationships Are Decisions) Program provides intensive, one-to-one relationship-building skills and adoption readiness for older, freed foster children for whom adoptive families have not been identified. The agency assigns "Future Workers" to build secure relationships with the children, with the goal of adoption, lower levels of care, or successful independent adulthood. It focuses on building trust and reliability for foster care or aging-out youth.
