Provides services to adolescents and young adults ages 12-25 who are experiencing recent changes in their thinking and behavior. These recent changes may include: Hearing or seeing things that others don’t; Feeling suspicious or mistrustful of others; Confusion about what’s real and what’s imaginary; Sudden problems with school or work performance; Difficulty concentrating or thinking clearly; Trouble with self-care or hygiene; Spending more time alone than usual and Changes in sleep, like sleeping too much or too little. Treatment works best when it is delivered early. Seeking help after new concerns develop allows you to learn skills for managing them, which can impact your well-being and relationships for the better in the long run. Most people complete the SWAY program within 9-12 months, gaining the confidence to move forward without needing long-term care. If you need more help after that, ongoing support is available. Most of our services are available in person, remotely or through a hybrid of both. Call for detailed information.
