Provides youth with a safe and nurturing environment when staying at home is not possible. All youth are assigned to a treatment team that develops a personalized intervention plan, including an on-campus school. Campus programs include: S.T.A.R.T. with Hope (short-term shelter for unaccompanied refugee children until they are reunified with a sponsor family), R.I.S.E./Raise the Age Juvenile Program (legislation to raise the age of criminal responsibility to 18 years of age. Youth who commit non-violent crimes will receive age appropriate housing and programming to lower their risk of re-offense), and Justice Involved Youth. All programs include: Case Management, Behavioral Health Services, Physical Health Services, Creative Arts and Animal Assisted Therapies, Recreational Services, and Educational Evaluations and an On-Campus School (operated by NYC DOE).
