Eligibility

Open to veterans from Vietnam, Gulf War, Iraq and Afghanistan, Service men and women who fought in Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation New Dawn, Operation Enduring Freedom, and Active Duty Service Members, 9-11 and First Responders, and family members and caregivers.

Fees

Military and First Responder programming is provided at no cost through charitable donations and grant funding. These services do not constitute Medicaid State Plan services or Home and Community-Based services (HCBS) Waiver services and are neither approved, authorized, billed nor reimbursed under Medicaid.

SUFFOLK, NY
Assists in the recovery of military veterans who have suffered emotional and/or physical injuries. Horses have a special ability to help people work through emotional barriers without shame or stigma. This program is an EAGALA designated military program.
