Project Self-Sufficiency, is designed to move families out of shelters and into permanent housing. WHPDC owns 27 affordable houses in Wyandanch, NY, which are used to house participants in the Project Self-Sufficiency Program. Along with housing, they provide intensive, weekly case management designed to help families gain financial security, education, and employment.
