Offers a 12 credit certificate program that is designed to improve supervisory and managerial effectiveness. Through selected courses and a case-study orientation, students will learn to apply prominent theories and practices in employee management and development to commonly encountered problems and situations. Sample course offerings include: Process of Management; Organizational Behavior; Human Resources Management; Labor Relations; Human Resource Law; Labor Economics; and Industrial Psychology.
