Safety Net Assistance | SULLIVAN COUNTY DIVISION OF HEALTH AND FAMILY SERVICES

The New York State Department of Temporary and Disability Assistance Safety Net Program is operated locally by the Sullivan County Division of Health & Family Services. Individuals who are ineligible for Family Assistance or other federal assistance programs may be eligible for participation. Participation in the program is based on income and resource eligibility and in most cases includes a 45 day application period as well as work requirements. Participation in the Safety Net Assistance Program in most cases is limited to 24 months.
