Provides internships and volunteer opportunities, along with some paid positions, in a variety of integrated settings for people who have developmental disabilities. A job coach is assigned to work side-by-side with each client to provide advocacy with the employer and other employees, as well as training in basic job skills and work-related behaviors. Offers assistance with specific tasks as needed.
