Offers inpatient short-term rehabilitation and sub acute care program for restore mobility and maximize independence for individuals recovering from surgery, chronic illness, or disabilities, including a comprehensive approach to treatment provided by a team of clinicians with expertise in physical, occupational and speech therapy. Also provides a specialized Pulmonary Rehabilitation program with a full time registered respiratory therapist and on-site leading pulmonologists and cardiologists.

Provides a 304-bed not-for-profit skilled nursing facility for short and long term care, and specialized services of pulmonary rehabilitation program, respite stays and a special care unit for Alzheimer's/dementia patients, as well as a medical and a social adult day program and home care services. Cabrini of Westchester also sponsors an immigrant services program for those who need guidance to resources in the community.
