DAY HAVEN ADULT DAY SERVICES - PORT JEFFERSON | COMMUNITY PROGRAM CENTERS OF LONG ISLAND

Provides adult day services including socialization, therapeutic recreation, entertainment, games, crafts, light exercise, music, interaction with children, breakfast, and lunch. Also offers special program for persons diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease or related disorders. Support groups for caregivers available. Transportation is available.
