Provides supervised exercise to persons ages 18+ who have a developmental disability. Some activities include: basketball, bowling, Wii Sports, dance games, and other sport related activities. Activities are designed to promote exercise, team building, and socialization among participants. Available on Monday and Wednesday afternoons.
