Dedicated to improving the quality of life for all residents with disabilities and serves as a focal point for information, referral, and technical assistance to physically and mentally challenged individuals and senior citizens. Division responsibilities include: the issuance of handicapped parking permits, planning and organizing programs to stimulate, promote, encourage and advance the moral, physical, mental, and social well-being of Babylon's disabled residents, and provides transportation to medical appointments and grocery shopping on designated times during the week. This office is also home to the Therapeutic Institute. All activities are pending. Please call for more information. **Office located in Room 219.
