Licensing and permits include hunting/fishing/trapping licenses, disabled parking permits, and dog licenses. Other services include processing passport applications as well as maintaining town records and archives. ? Prepares and collects property taxes for residents of the Village of Chatham from January through March 31st. After March 31st all paperwork goes to the Columbia County Treasurer's Office.
