NUTRITION PROGRAM - HOME DELIVERED MEALS | TOWN OF BROOKHAVEN DIVISION OF SENIOR CITIZENS SERVICES

Offers residents age 60 and over nutritious home delivered meals. Menus are prepared by a registered dietician according to Health Department Meal Service Standards. A staff of volunteers works in conjunction with our Jitney transportation program to distribute the home-delivered meals. Call or visit the Nutrition Site nearest your home to apply for Home Delivered Meals. A Nutrition Program Manager will make an appointment to do an assessment. The Town of Brookhaven Nutrition Program funding is provided by the United States Administration for Community Living through New York State Office for the Aging and Suffolk County Office for the Aging.
