Provides support for people infected and affected by HIV, living in Nassau County. Provides prevention services, counseling, linkage, and retention to care, support groups, outreach, HIV testing, peer training, and transportation. Offers services in a nonjudgmental, culturally, and linguistically appropriate methodology. Bilingual staff provides a range of supportive programming and ancillary services, helping individuals to access needed support and resources.
