PREVENTION INFORMATION RESOURCE CENTER/PARENT HELPLINE | PREVENT CHILD ABUSE-NEW YORK

Provides direct help to families through information and referral services. Specialists respond to families and concerned individuals in need of parenting education and support programs, services for parents under stress, victim's services, and assistance navigating the family court and child welfare systems. Also provides victims of domestic violence referrals to shelters, legal assistance, mediation and advocacy groups.
